Sick and tired of only being able to fit into about 6 pieces of clothing in my wardrobe, and inspired by my gorgeous friends Bridget and Charlotte, I have started on a weight loss journey.
A couple of years ago I lost 26kgs and have put about 20kgs of that back on 😦
My aim is to be at goal weight by summer. I won’t be blogging the entire journey but do intend to use my blog for milestones.
I intend to lose my weight through calorie control and exercise.
I’ve registered to with Lose It to track these things as I really like their reporting.
Here goes, nothing to lose but the weight baby!
