Week One Weigh In

Week One has been a success with a 2.3kg (5.1lbs) loss.

LoseIt has been great to track intake and exercise.

A child free house has also helped as I have been able to concentrate my efforts.

I am almost tempted to go for a big walk tomorrow, maybe to Spotlight and buy myself a crafty treat!

– portion sizes

      Yes definitely going for my walk tomorrow, I spied these cool motivational weight loss jars on Pinterest so I think I’ll go get supplies to make my own.
