A new low today! Total loss is 11.4kgs (or 25lbs).
Great to see results so quickly after getting back on track. Keeps me motivated.
September goal is to be at half way point by the end of the month. Completely possible, I just need to stay on track.
Halfway is 14.75kgs so I need to lose 3.35kgs in 25 days.
