Motivation Monday – This Month’s Diet Is Next Month’s Body

April is going to be a busy month for me, there are three race days, I am presenting at the New Zealand Creativity Challenge (gulp), the school holidays slot in towards the end of the month, and I am about to kick up my weight loss efforts.

Going to need a lot of motivation to keep me going and at the moment I have tonnes – long may it last! This Motivation Monday quote is particularly apt for me because I have a rather special event happening in May (it’s top secret at the moment but all will be revealed) so it’s very important for me to stay on track with my plans – particularly health and fitness.
