Monday Motivation – Keep Going

Perseverance is one of the key parts of losing weight and I have struggled in the past few months with my weight yoyoing but I have persevered and am finally feeling like I am back on track. So today’s motivation is very simple – keep going! Don’t give up when you don’t see results because eventually you will!
